Ordinarily I would not re blog such a recent post, but the headline "What's wrong with this letter from the Bank Of America short sale department" just was begging me to do so.
Here's the problem, in much less detail. You have used Bank Of America and Short Sale in the same sentence. Those two "names" form an oxymoron, like Jumbo Shrimp or Military Intelligence!
Notice BofA's definition of a short sale IN THEIR LETTER! "Pre-foreclosure". That sort of says it all.
Since we are not allowed to use bad words on AR, I am now out of nice words, so I have to go now.

After 4 months of trying to contact the negotiator assigned to my clients short sale I get an email from him.
I have been talking to the short sale dept every 10 days and have been told on many of my status calls that the file is complete.We have sent them all required documents.I ALWAYS ask do you have all documents,do you need anything from my clients the sellers.The pat answer is the file is complete and under review.
Today I get the below letter from the negotiator, its like the last 4 months never happened and he wants me to respond in 7 days.He even gives me his phone number & email. I have HAD his email and phone number for months and he does not answer his calls,he does not answer his emails.Yet if you read his letter to me it sounds like he wants me and my clients to think he is on top of it all.
What's wrong with this letter from the Bank of America short sale dept? Do they think were stupid?
